The company\u2019s primary goal is to migrate customers off a costly legacy platform that\u2019s scheduled to be retired \u2014 a move that will save significantly on maintenance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-15b6559 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"15b6559\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The challenge<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94b286b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"94b286b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The legacy system is powerful and mature, and rebuilding its full depth of features within the migration timeline is far from guaranteed. Every screen we migrate has to earn that switch \u2014 and none more than Live View, the screen dispatchers use most. If it doesn\u2019t reliably support their primary workflows, customers won\u2019t migrate, putting the whole platform transition at risk.
